Transcriptome Anlysis Reveal the Mechanism underlying Sclerotium Growth and Development

This study using transcriptome analysis, the genes affecting the sclerotial growth and quality of W. cocos were revealed at the transcriptome level, and their functions were annotated. Finally, we explored the mechanisms regulating the sclerotial growth of W. cocos to obtain a basis for efficiently exploiting pine resources and improving the yield and medicinal value of W. cocos sclerotia.
