An Instance Space of Clustering Validation Repository

Repository for the paper “An Instance Space of Clustering Validation”.<br>Contained within this repository are the datasets, metadata, and functions to produce the results within the paper. <br>The InstanceSpace folder contains the scripts used to generate the ISA$^3$ analysis from the metadata contained within the trial subfolder. <br>FeatureFunctions contains the functions required to produce the 245 potential meta-features for the instance space.<br>Data contains all datasets used within the study.<br>ClusterAndValidationFunctions contains the scripts used to cluster and calculate the validity indexes for each dataset. <br>
