RNAseq of endometrial epithelial organoids exposed to embryo secretome

This study investigates how embryo-derived secreted factors from embryos with different pregnancy outcomes influence the transcriptome of endometrial epithelial cells in an organoid model. RNAseq was used to characterize gene expression changes in response to embryo secretome to better understand embryo endometrium communication.
