During the night of 25.09.2019, a huge fire broke out in a chemical plant of the Lubrizol company that has been producing additives for lubricants since 1954, in Rouen, Normandy, 135 km from Paris. The causes are not known but the flames, along with the smoke, are visible from miles away. A perimeter of 500 meters around the site has been evacuated and over 130 firefighters activated.<br>
