[Background]: Determination of Uranium abd Plutonium in fast reactor spent fuel reprocessing is vital for the quantity control of process and products. [Purpose]: This study aims to establish an non-destructive analytical method for simultaneous determination of Uranium and Plutonium. [Methods]: X-Ray absorption spectrum method based on K-edge or L-edge of U and Pu were developed respectively. After obtaining the spectra of standard mixture solutions of U and Pu, a standard data process for mathematical model based on multivariate linear fitting method was established. Finally, measurements were conducted on samples to evaluate the stability and accuracy of the mothod. [Results]: Within the concentration range of 20 to 100 g/L for Uranium and 10 to 40 g/L for Plutonium, the result shows the relative deviation of measurement results is better than 5%. The precision of Uranium was better than 3% which could be better than 1% with higher concentration, and the precision of Plutonium was better than 4%. [Conclusions]: The established method can be used for the quantitative analysis of Uranium and Plutonium with good measurement accuracy and repeatability and could be used in practice.
