该数据集为中国2002年1：25万三级流域分区数据，含三级流域分区边界、流域分区名称及流域编码信息，是常用的全国水资源分区资料（水资源分区是在一个时期内相对固定并带有一定强制性的分区模式，以利于在一个相当长的时期内各项水利规划都采用统一的基本资料）。

This dataset is the 2002 1:250000 scale tertiary river basin division data of China. It contains the boundaries of tertiary river basin divisions, basin division names and basin coding information, and is a commonly used national water resources division dataset. Water resources division is a relatively fixed and somewhat mandatory zoning mode established over a certain period, which aims to facilitate the adoption of unified basic data for various water conservancy planning projects over a relatively long period.
