Classification of cysteine fates with an ESM2 3-state classifier

Per-cysteine 3-state (negative / disulfide / metal-binding) classifier for proteome-scale cysteine fate annotation, applied to 691,078 ECOD F70 representative domains containing at least one cysteine. The deposit includes the trained ensemble weights, standalone predictor pipeline, b2 benchmark with parsed competitor scores, per-domain structure shards (PDB / AFDB / EPP / UniParc), figure source data, and a PostgreSQL dump of the cys_classification schema.
