Single-cell RNA sequencing of chondrocytes from osteoarthritis patients and healthy controls

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common degenerative joint disease characterized by progressive cartilage degeneration. This project investigates cellular heterogeneity and dysregulated molecular pathways in OA using single-cell RNA sequencing of chondrocytes isolated from osteoarthritis patients and healthy controls.
