Parcels

This layer tracks legally subdivided parcels in the City of Norman. The presence of a numeric subcode indicates that the parcel has been through a legal subdivision process. This Layer may not have a one to one relationship with Cleveland County parcel data. The layer was developed in 1992, using plat maps and deeds filed at Cleveland County. It has been continually updated since that time using instruments that have gone through Norman's subdivision process. Lots that have not gone through the subdivision process may need to comply with Norman's regulations before being eligible for a building permit.本图层用于追踪诺曼市（City of Norman）内经合法细分的地块（parcel）。若存在数字子代码，则表明该地块已完成合法细分流程。本图层与克利夫兰县（Cleveland County）的地块数据未必为一一对应关系。本图层于1992年依托克利夫兰县存档的地籍图（plat map）与地契（deed）制作完成，此后一直通过已通过诺曼市细分流程的相关法律文书进行持续更新。未经过细分流程的地块，在申请建筑许可前，需遵守诺曼市的相关监管规定。
