To assess the difference in resistance of MAC-T cells to different drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infections.Uninfected cells were used as controls to compare the differences between MRSA-infected and MSSA-infected MAC-T cells by transcriptome.Differential expression of related genes and changes in signaling pathways after MRSA-infected and MSSA-infected MAC-T cells analyzed by GO and KEGG enrichment.DEGs associated with adhesion, invasion, apoptosis and inflammation were screened for analysis to demonstrate the difference in resistance of MAC-T cells to different drug-resistant S. aureus infections, providing new data for the prevention and treatment of different drug-resistant mastitis.
