This invention relates to a process for forming a cellulose sweetener bar from Ananas comosus and said biodegradable cellulose sweetener bar resulting from said process. Particularly， it defines a process to form a cellulose bar from Ananas comosus， as well as the sweetener also obtained from Ananas comosus and include it in said cellulose bar and the sweetener bar thus formed. The cellulose obtained will be used in the manufacture of an ecological product of multiple uses. With this material a biodegradable sweetener bar is made， which manages to stir， sweeten drinks and improve contact between the sweetener particles contributed by the sweetener bar to the drinks where it is used. The biodegradable and sweetener bar has a configuration that， when introduced into a container and coming into contact with the beverage， will progressively release molecules of the sweetener substance.
