Prime rent for high street retail real estate in Spain 2019-2023

The prime rent for high street retail real estate in Spain rose for the second year in a row in 2023. In that year, the prime rent for high street real estate amounted to 250 euros per square meter. Despite the increase, rents remained below the levels recorded in 2019, when the average price stood at 265 euros per month.
