Global studies of microbial diversity in dairy cattle CAFOs

Changes in bacterial community composition were revealed in dairy manure during its AD treatment and subsequent disposals in CAFOs, and the potential hosts carrying ARGs or plasmid was respectively identified in biogas residue and slurry according to the relationships between ARGs and bacterial community.
