Aiming to investigate the effects of EDCs (BPA, EE2, MT) on gonads of rare minnow Gobiocypris rarus and initially explore the mechanism therein, twenty-four libraries, duplicate samples from the control groups, 1, 15 and 225 μg/L BPA treatments groups, 25 ng/L EE2 treatment groups, and 100 ng/L MT treatment groups of both sex rare minnow, with a total number of clean reads ranged from 6.50 to 12.28 million were obtained.
