CardioWave-Portable: a portable ECG and PPG dataset for cuffless blood pressure estimation

CardioWave-Portable is a de-identified record-level ECG/PPG waveform dataset for cuffless blood pressure estimation. The release contains 3,857 valid 24-s synchronized single-lead ECG and PPG records from 979 subjects, paired with cuff-based systolic and diastolic blood pressure measurements. Each record includes waveform arrays, cuff-based BP labels, card type, fixed segment indices, manual signal-quality annotations, and questionnaire-derived subject-level metadata. The release also includes documentation files, a data dictionary, field-completeness summaries, Python requirements, example loading code, benchmark cohort preparation scripts, and benchmark scripts for the manuscript-style P1/P2/P3 technical validation protocols.
