2,4-D herbicide resistant and susceptible populations of red clover

Using a combination of Pool-Seq and Capture-Seq strategies, we performed genome-wide analyses comparing resistant and susceptible populations of red clover after recurrent selection cycles under 2,4-D application in order to identified signatures of 2,4-D herbicide resistance adaptation.
