PID2020-113790RB-I00 data set: relaxation curves during distraction osteogenesis in sheep metatarsus
收藏资源简介:
This data set consist of two types of matlab files that contains the force measurements by sensors installed in the external fixator described in a work which aims to provide a viscoelastic model to the force relaxation during daily distractions in a bone transport process [1]. The data presented here allows to reproduce the relaxations curved fitted in this publication to obtain the viscoelastic model. Type of files: f_dist_XXX.mat Force data for the animal XXX. Data are organized in matrices N*6*M. N force monitoring points (frequency of acquisition 100 Hz), 6 load cells (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5 and C6 in the order of columns) and M different days of distraction. The days of distraction which sere motorized are detailed in other file (time_dist_XXX.mat). To obtain the distraction force (DF) from sensor measurements it is necessary to apply the following expression: DF = C2 + C5 – C3 – C6 time_dist_XXX.mat It is a vector that contains the days in which the distraction phase was monitored for this animal This data set requires WinRAR software to decompress and MATLAB to process .mat data.
