Uniform Maximum Projection Designs

Maximum Projection Designs (MaxPro) and Uniform Maximum Projection Designs (uMaxPro) constructed via combinatorial optimization using simulated annealing (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15036025). The MaxPro designs are located in the "Intersite" folder (based on the intersite metric), while the uMaxPro designs are stored in the "Periodic" folder (criterion defined using the periodic metric). Each .npy file contains ndes optimized designs, each consisting of ns points (levels) within an nv-dimensional unit hypercube (nv is the number of variables/factors). Individual files can be loaded in Python using NumPy: import numpy as np data = np.load(filename) # data.shape = (ndes, ns, nv) The first dimension of the three-dimensional array data represents the design index (0 to ndes-1), the second dimension corresponds to the sample size (ns), and the third dimension corresponds to the number of variables (nv).
