UEQ Dataset for Regional Financial Information System Evaluation

This dataset contains the results of a User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) survey conducted to evaluate and benchmark the user experience of a Regional Financial Information System. The dataset supports the research titled “Benchmarking and Redesigning User Experience in a Regional Financial Information System Using UEQ and UCD.” The data were collected from system users who interacted directly with the financial information system in an organizational context. The UEQ instrument captures six key dimensions of user experience: Attractiveness Perspicuity Efficiency Dependability Stimulation Novelty The dataset consists of structured survey responses measured using a standardized UEQ scale, enabling both descriptive and comparative analysis against established UEQ benchmarks. This dataset is intended to: Support transparency and reproducibility of UX evaluation research Enable benchmarking studies across similar financial or e-government systems Provide empirical input for User-Centered Design (UCD)-based system redesign All data have been anonymized and do not contain any personally identifiable information.
