A Leptin Mediated Neural Mechanism Linking Breathing to Metabolism

This data set contains RNA sequencing results of leptin receptor expressing neurons in the Nucleus of the Solitary Tract.
Single neurons were recorded with whole-cell patch clamp, then the cellular cytoplasm was harvested for RNA-sequencing.
Two cell types were identified based on firing properties and were designated as "type1" and "type2" cells.

Group1 (G1; Type1) samples: ID_1_1, ID_1_2, ID_4_3, ID_8_2, ID_9_1
Group2 (G2; Type2 GLP-1) samples: ID_6_2, ID_10_1, ID_10_3, ID_9_2, ID_9_4
Group3 (G3; Type2 Chat) samples: ID_6_4, ID_6_5
