USING AN INDIVIDUAL APPROACH TO ASSESS STUDENTS' ACTIVITY IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

The rapid transformation of modern education requires assessment systems that recognize students as individuals with different abilities, learning styles, motivations, and educational needs. Traditional assessment methods mainly focus on measuring final academic outcomes and often overlook students’ learning progress, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. This study investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of implementing an individual approach in assessing students’ activity during the educational process. The research synthesizes contemporary pedagogical theories, competency-based education principles, and formative assessment strategies.
