Impact of three pesticides on soil bacterial diversity - Field study. uncultured prokaryote

The aim of the European Marie-Curie project Love-To-Hate was to assess the ecotoxicological impact of pesticides on soil microbial communities. This study assessed the impact of pesticide treatments (chlorpyrifos, isoproturon, tebuconazole) on the bacterial diversity in agricultural field plots. 16S rDNA sequences were amplified and sequenced by Illumina MiSeq.
