Transcriptomes of Xenodontinae snakes (Dipsadidae family) focusing on venom matrix metalloproteinases.

This Bioproject provides transcriptomic data (raw sequence reads) from species within Xenodontinae subfamily of snakes (Dipsadidae family) and other external groups. This was used in an investigation about the occurrence of Matrix Metalloproteinases in the venom glands of snakes.
