Additional files to "Splay and Bend deformations in cells near corners"

The data shared here are associated with the paper "Splay and bend deformations in cells near corners" by A. Murali, P. Awasthi. K. Endresen, A. Goszczak, F. Serra published in Soft Matter. The data refer to the following angles: 45Degree angle (1 sample), 60Degree (3 samples), 90 Degree (4 samples), and 120 Degree (3 samples). The data include: the raw image of the cells near the corner (corresponding to the angles mentioned above), along with the orientation of the cells extracted from OrientationJ (.csv file) and in some cases a mask for the corner. Finally we include the Matlab code that can be used to plot the dot product of the vector r (from the vertex to any point) with the nematic director n at that point (see figure 2 in the paper) for these different angles and then the plot can be used to characterize the results based on the rules desribed in the paper.
