高钛型高炉渣深度资源化利用技术基础数据来源是开展实验室和示范线生产试验研究过程中产生,数据通过XRD衍射分析炉渣、提钛尾渣及精制尾渣等物相组成,利用SEM电镜、矿物解离仪(MLA)及能量色散X射线光谱(EDS)分析,还原后含钛物相、提钛尾渣及精制尾渣中钒钛的赋存情况。完成了高炉渣选择性碳化动力学特性、熔渣泡沫化行为、TiC析出长大规律,碳化渣选择性氯化反应动力学特性及调控机制、氯化过程粘结失流机理以及反应器内多相作用规律,精制尾渣脱氯和制取钒产品技术,提钛尾渣物相析出行为与重构机制、氯元素扩散行为等研究。阐释了碳化、氯化反应动力学特性,阐明了碳化反应历程及氯化多相反应机理,揭示了提钛尾渣析晶行为和氯离子扩散行为规律。为高钛型高炉渣深度资源化利用奠定了坚实的理论基础。

The basic data for the deep resource utilization technology of high-titanium-bearing blast furnace slag are generated from laboratory and pilot-scale production experimental studies. The data were obtained by analyzing the phase compositions of slag, titanium-extraction tailings and refined tailings via X-ray diffraction (XRD), and investigating the occurrence states of vanadium and titanium in the reduced titanium-bearing phases, titanium-extraction tailings and refined tailings using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Mineral Liberation Analyzer (MLA) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Studies were conducted on the selective carbonization kinetics of blast furnace slag, foaming behavior of molten slag, precipitation and growth law of TiC, selective chlorination kinetics and regulation mechanism of carbonized slag, sticking and flow loss mechanism during chlorination, multiphase interaction rules in the reactor, dechlorination of refined tailings and vanadium product preparation technology, phase precipitation behavior and reconstruction mechanism of titanium-extraction tailings, and chlorine diffusion behavior. The kinetic characteristics of carbonization and chlorination reactions are elucidated, the carbonization reaction pathway and heterogeneous chlorination reaction mechanism are clarified, and the crystallization behavior of titanium-extraction tailings and the law of chloride ion diffusion are revealed. This work lays a solid theoretical foundation for the deep resource utilization of high-titanium-bearing blast furnace slag.
