Columbia River Sediments Raw sequence reads

To better understand the relationship between microbial membership, processes, properties and environmental features in relation to ecosystem function, we subjected Columbia river sediments to wetting-drying cycles and focused on a series of analyses. We specifically evaluated relationships between: (i) the relative influence of stochastic assembly as a community property and respiration rates as a microbial process , and (ii) environmental features and both microbial properties and processes that underlie aggregate system function.
