The genomic data and nuclear marker of Stylommatophora is very rare in public database. The aim of the project is to characterize the transcriptome of land snail Aegista mackensii using Illumina paired-end sequencing. This could be useful for the nuclear marker development for phylogenetic and phylogeographic study that is scarce in Molluscan research.
