Supplementary data to "Perianth symmetry in sexually differentiated flowers of Akebia quinata (Lardizabalaceae)"

The supplementary data consist of the following files: A) "primary-data_01.txt" includes the landmark and semilandmark coordinates of Akebia quinata perienth outlines; first four columns specify sex, flower identity, imaging and digitisation of individual configurations; B) "R_script - symmetry analysis.odt" includes the R script used for the analysis if trimeric symmetry described in the paper submitted simultaneously to PeerJ; C) "R_script - multivariate Procrustes Anova.odt" includes the R script used for the multivariate Procrustes ANOVA model partitioning symmetric variation of perianths to different sources.
