Raw data used in Acar et al. 2023 https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.09.04.555865 File description: - phenotyping_data_greenhouse_Acar et al 2023-corrected.ods : Automated phenotyping data of Dioscorea sansibarensis in greenhouse conditions. Data from apoymbiotic plants were collected alongside symbiotic and inoculated plants at the TPMP high-throughput phenotyping facility in Toulous, France. Colorimetric data extracted from segmented image analysis with the IPSO_PHEN software.
