Laser wakefield acceleration (LWFA)-driven betatron X-ray sources have advanced rapidly, yet high-performance outputs typically rely on high-power lasers or stringent optimization schemes. To expand the application capacity of the 200 TW/1 Hz Ti:sapphire laser facility at SIOM, we develop an integrated LWFA-based betatron X-ray platform, which generates 1.28 nC electron beams and hard X-rays with a critical energy of ~15 keV, reproducible photon yields above 109 photons/shot, a maximum yield of 2.12×109 photons/shot, and realizes 6 μm-resolution X-ray imaging. This work validates the source’s practical application potential and underpins the applied exploration of compact laser-plasma radiation sources.
