Gene expression profiling using RNA-Seq data of 12 mouse syngeneic tumor models treated with lenvatinib

We performed RNA-Seq analysis using total RNA extracted from tumor tissues of 12 mouse syngeneic tumor models resected from mice orally administered lenvatinib (10 mg/kg once daily), without any treatment (No Treatment) for 7 days (Day 8 NT or Day 8 LEN), or tumor tissues resected from mice when tumor volume reached approximately 100 mm3 (Baseline NT), to investigate the baseline characteristics of 12 tumor models and differentially expressed genes by the drug treatment. Overall design: Tumors were allowed to grow to approximately 100 mm3 in size (designated Day 1); tumor-bearing mice were then randomly allocated to treatment groups and orally administered lenvatinib (10 mg/kg once daily) for 7 days (Day 8).
