Data and Code for "Public-Service Exposure-Oriented Coastal Flood Susceptibility Assessment and Priority Zone Identification in the Pearl River Estuary"

This repository contains the processed data, analysis code, model outputs, coastal flood susceptibility results, SHAP interpretation results, public-service exposure assessment, and refined priority-zone results supporting the manuscript entitled “Public-Service Exposure-Oriented Coastal Flood Susceptibility Assessment and Priority Zone Identification in the Pearl River Estuary”. The dataset is organized using a 250 m spatial grid and includes historical flood labels, twelve environmental conditioning factors, spatial training–validation–test partitions, machine-learning evaluation results, coastal flood susceptibility probabilities and classes, SHAP-based model interpretation, public-service exposure indicators, and refined priority-zone results. The repository also contains the scripts, processed datasets, figures, tables, data dictionary, reproduction workflow, file manifest, checksums, and key-result traceability information required to reproduce the principal analyses reported in the manuscript. Third-party raw datasets are not redistributed. Their original sources, temporal coverage, processing methods, and access information are documented in the README file. The processed research data are licensed under CC BY 4.0, while the analysis code is licensed under the MIT License.
