In the RNA_test and RNA_train datasets, some chain IDs have been modified. This is because AlphaFold 3 only accepts lowercase letters as sample IDs, which can otherwise result in ID collisions across different samples. AlphaFold 3–predicted structures and representations for all samples in these datasets (a very large file) will be uploaded prior to publication.
