The data related to the article "Ultracold Atomic Absorption Imaging system in High Magnetic Fields" was published in the journal of Chinese Physics B. It contains a txt file, which is described below: the energy level diagram of ultracold 6Li atom under high magnetic field is studied in this paper, including (b1) the splitting of the 2𝑃3/2 level in a magnetic field;  the inset in the upper left corner shows the levels splitting from the degenerate 𝐹′ = 1/2, 𝐹′ = 3/2, and 𝐹′ = 5/2 manifolds;  (b2) the splitting of the 2𝑆1/2 level in a magnetic field. The inset in the lower left corner shows the states |1⟩, |2⟩, and |3⟩ that we typically focus on for imaging. These levels split into 𝑚𝐼 = −1, 0, 1 triplets with different 𝑚𝐽 numbers. They have 𝑚𝐽 = −1/2 and 𝑚′𝐽 = −3/2.
