ARC Regional High Injury Network

Two high injury networks covering all roads in the Atlanta MPO. Roads are split at 1-mile increments, and there are two methodologies used to calculate a segment's injury score. ePDO Method Each crash is assigned an ePDO score based on its KABCO severity. The scores are added up for each segment. CRASH SEVERITY ePDO K: Fatal 870.0 A: Serious Injury 52.6 B: Suspected Minor Injury 17.4 C: Possible Injury 9.8 O: Property Damage Only 1.0 Severity Method ePDO Method Each crash is assigned Severity Points based on its results. Only KA crashes (crashes that resulted in a fatality or serious injury) are included. The scores are added up for each segment.
