Data Summary:CMAQv5.2 input data for a 05/01/2013 - 07/31/2013 simulation over the Southeast US. Note:The datasets are on a Google Drive. File Location and Download Instructions: Link to input files for soas_2013_cb6 benchmark case Download instructions The Google Drive contains compressed.tar.gz files that contain files that contain the following directories: emis_mole_all: Gridded 2-D emissions input for area sources. Biogenic VOCs are NOT included in these files. epic: Inputs needed for CMAQ's bidirectional ammonia emissions from agriculture. Can overwrite emis_mole_all agricultural sector NH3 within CMAQ. To be used with point source emissions in: ptnonipm ptegu othpt ptfire pt_oilgas misc: all other files File Format:The 2013 model input are stored as netcdf formatted files using I/O API data structures (https://www.cmascenter.org/ioapi/). Information on the model projection and grid structure is contained in the header information of the netcdf file. The output files can be opened and manipulated using I/O API utilities (e.g. M3XTRACT, M3WNDW) or other software programs that can read and write netcdf formatted files (e.g. Fortran, R, Python).
