We have made two FR901469 high-yield transformants of fungal sp. No.11243. TFH2-2 is the first transformant which the transcription factor of putative FR901469 biosynthesis gene cluster was overexpressed in and have made from wild-type strain. TFCH3 is the second transformants which the transcription factor regulating biosynthesis of amino acids was overexpressed in and have made from TFH2-2. We performed RNA-seq analysis of these two transformants.
