This folder includes the CCK8 function experiment of STAD (Gastric cancer) and transwell experiment in Figure7.Click on STAD cck8 folder, which contains the experimental data of DAY0-DAY4 for 5 days respectively. A Summary table named Summary diagram of DAY0-DAY4. A statistical analysis diagram uploaded in PNG format after processing by graphpad prism software was named Summary diagram of DAY0-DAY4 calculation diagram. A copy of cck8 results in pdf format.Click on STAD transwell folder and there are two folders named invation and migration respectively. For invation folder, there are three folders named NC,si HKDC1-1 and si HKDC1-2. Among these three folders, Corresponding to negative control, the first sequence of HKDC1 gene and the second sequence of HKDC1 gene are lowered, and the corresponding number of cells passing through the transwell chamber is clicked in these three folders. And upload a Count summary chart, named Count summary chart excell table, and upload the statistical analysis chart in PNG format after processing by graphpad prism software. Call it Count and summarize the results. Similarly, the migration folder is consistent with the above.Finally, according to the requirements of the editor, the content is changed to English format.
