Simulated OCO-2 unprocessed data, processed data, and trained model weights

This record contains the unprocessed simulated OCO-2 data, processed PyTorch-ready data, profile standardization statistics, and trained model weights used to reproduce the results in the associated manuscript. Contents:- oco2_unprocessed_og_data.tar.zst: original .h5 sounding files and metadata .csv files.- oco2_processed_train.tar.zst: processed training spectra and aux_data.csv.- oco2_processed_test.tar.zst: processed test spectra, aux_data.csv, and covariance files.- oco2_profile_stats.tar.zst: profile_mu.npy and profile_sigma.npy.- oco2_model_weights.tar.zst: trained model checkpoints used by the notebooks.- MANIFEST.tsv: file listing with byte sizes.- SHA256SUMS.txt: checksums for uploaded files. The expected extraction paths are described in reproducing.md.
