For this project, The Water Institute (the Institute) and subcontractor Colibri Ecological Consulting, LLC (Colibri) utilized established methods and protocols capable of assessing changes of colonial waterbird populations and their important habitats within individual states and the broader northern Gulf of Mexico region.
