The HDF5 file consists of nine datasets: /time_30.0s/cytoplasmic_phase_shift_1, /time_30.0s/cytoplasmic_phase_shift_2, /time_30.0s/cytoplasmic_phase_shift_3, /time_30.0s/cytoplasmic_phase_shift_4, /time_30.0s/cytoplasmic_phase_shift_5, /time_30.0s/cytoplasmic_phase_shift_6, /time_30.0s/cytoplasmic_phase_shift_7, /time_30.0s/cytoplasmic_phase_shift_8, /time_30.0s/cytoplasmic_phase_shift_9). Each of them represents a magnitude of Gaussian noise (sigma) that is added to the the hologram with an exposure time of 30s before reconstruction. The datasets contain reconstructed phase shifts (pixel values) from the the cytoplasm of the cell. Contributions from debris and BaSO4 grains are not included. Attributes for every dataset are: exposure_time(s), median, noise_sigma, quantile25, quantile75 Origin of the data: Masked RAAR phase reconstructions based on processed holograms of a cell (without signal of capillary or liquid). The cell has been fixed, stained and measured with 9.9keV.
