Samaritan’s Purse is implementing a two-year USAID-BHA funded Emergency Response and Economic Recovery program in eastern DRC. The program seeks to efficiently and rapidly respond to the needs of conflict-affected populations in eastern DRC by improving food access, enhancing household resiliency, and promoting economic recovery. To achieve the objective, SP will respond to the needs of conflict-affected households with immediate S&S NFIs, WASH NFIs, food assistance and emergency agricultural support. Samaritan’s Purse (SP) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Samaritan’s Purse conducted a baseline assessment regarding the Agriculture, Shelter and Settlements, WASH and Food Assistance sectors.
