UW Aquatic Biogeochemistry Model (ABC)

The UW Aquatic Biogeochemistry Model (ABC) is a sub project of the Puget Sound Regional Synthesis Model (PRISM). The model was developed by a group of scientists at the University of Washington. The model contains three types of zooplankton, three types of phytoplankton, refractory and labile particulate organic matter, dissolved organic matter, and various nutrients including: oxygen, nitrate, phosphate, and ammonium. The web interface of the model allows model run as beaker or chemostat modes, as well as multi-cell. Deposited content: descriptive metadata only; underlying research data are not included.
