COVID-AMD consolidates comprehensive data on 869 animal models infected with various coronaviruses (MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV, SARS-CoV-2) across 29 species and 312 virus strains. It includes methodology for establishing infection models, clinical and phenotypic features, and supports advanced and global search, comparative analysis, model recommendation, and omics‐based visualization to accelerate therapeutic and vaccine development.
