Reproducibility package for "From environmental lead exposure to colorectal cancer: integrated epidemiological, transcriptomic, machine-learning, single-cell, Mendelian randomization, and molecular docking analyses"

This record contains the reorganized reproducibility materials for the revised manuscript on environmental lead exposure and colorectal cancer. The deposition is divided into three components: (1) CRC_lead_core_reproducibility_package_v2.zip, which contains the main scripts, minimal input files, run scripts, logs, session information, and documentation required to regenerate the main results; (2) CRC_lead_final_outputs_and_figure_sources_v2.zip, which contains final result tables, figure source data, submitted figure files where applicable, and logs used to verify manuscript-reported values; and (3) CRC_lead_optional_large_intermediate_objects_v2.zip, which contains large intermediate R objects and other heavy files provided for transparency but not required for the main reproduction workflow. Users who wish to regenerate the main tables and figures only need to download the core reproducibility package. The large intermediate-object archive is optional.
