资源简介:
RNA epigenetic modification of N6-methyladenine is the most extensive intermediate chemical modification of RNA, which exists in all living organisms, and is most widely studied in mammals. However, currently there is no research existing on the m6A transcriptome-wide map of yak and their potential biological functions in muscle development. Therefore, we performed methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequence (MeRIP-seq) and RNA sequence (RNA-seq) to determine the distinctions in m6A methylation and gene expression during yak muscle development :3 years (group A), 6 months (group M), and 90-day-old fetuses (group E).
