To identify gene expression in patients with treatment-resistant small cell lung cancer. Overall design: Twelve samples (4 normal lung tissues, 2 primary tumors, 4 lymph node metastases, 1 liver metastasis, 1 lung metastasis) were collected from autopsy specimens of three treatment-resistant small cell lung cancer patients.
