This supplementary material package contains four appendices supporting a systematic review entitled "Complexity in Context: A Systematic Review of Multi-Level Influences on Adolescent Mental Health in the State of Palestine Using Rasmussen's Risk Management Framework" (submitted to Mental Health Science, Special Issue on Complex Systems Approaches to Mental Health Research).Appendix A provides the complete, replicable search strategies for six bibliographic databases (PubMed, PsycINFO, Scopus, Web of Science, CINAHL, Google Scholar) and grey literature sources (WHO EMRO, UNICEF, UNRWA, Juzoor, PCBS, Palestinian Ministry of Health, Gaza Community Mental Health Programme, Maudsley International Palestine). Full search strings, Boolean operators, field codes, date restrictions (2000–2026), and methodological notes are included.Appendix B contains the standardized data extraction form developed and piloted on five studies. The form captures bibliographic information, study characteristics, participant data, exposure to violence, mental health outcomes (PTSD, anxiety, depression, wellbeing, help-seeking), and determinants across all six levels of Rasmussen's Risk Management Framework.Appendix C is the completed PRISMA 2020 checklist, documenting adherence to international systematic review reporting standards with precise manuscript location mappings.Appendix D presents complete MMAT version 2018 quality appraisal scores for all 24 included studies, with criterion-level ratings, inter-rater agreement, and methodological notes across qualitative, RCT, non-randomized, and mixed-methods designs.Together, these appendices ensure full transparency, methodological rigour, and reproducibility. All materials are openly available to facilitate replication, secondary analysis, and adaptation for other systematic reviews in conflict-affected mental health contexts.
