Bonneaud et al_symptoms severity and pathogen load

Data for testing population differences in peak and total conjunctival swelling, as well as peak and total pathogen load. We include bird identity, population of origin of bird, Mycoplasma gallisepticum isolate identity, peak and total conjunctival swelling, and peak and total pathogen load (ratio of bacterial to host cells at site of infection). Total sample size=80 individuals infected.
