eurfa-welsh-dictionary is a free Welsh dictionary dataset involving translation tasks between Welsh (cy) and English (en). Welsh is a member of the Brittonic branch of the Celtic languages, spoken natively in Wales, by some in England, and in Y Wladfa (the Welsh colony in Chubut Province, Argentina). The dataset includes data from over 562,000 Welsh speakers. It was created by Kevin Donnelly between 2006-2013 and is released under the GPL/AGPL license.
